Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Drafthouse ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use our floor-plan extraction and editing service (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and a Google account identifier so we can create and secure your account.
- Content you upload. The floor-plan files you upload (PDF, DXF, DWG) and the projects you create and edit within the Service.
- Billing information. When you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and processes your payment details. We receive limited information such as your subscription status and plan — we never receive or store your full card number.
- Usage information. Basic technical and usage data (such as the number of projects you have and your last activity time) needed to operate the Service and enforce plan limits.
2. How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve the Service, including detection, editing, AI features and export.
- To create and secure your account and keep your projects private to you.
- To process subscriptions, billing and renewals.
- To communicate with you about your account or support requests.
- To protect the Service against abuse and to comply with legal obligations.
3. Service providers we share with
We share information only with providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed:
- Google — for sign-in (OAuth) authentication.
- Stripe — for payment processing and subscription management.
- Anthropic — when you use AI furnish or remodel, relevant plan data is processed to generate the result.
- Replit — for application hosting, database and file storage.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data retention
We retain your account information and projects for as long as your account is active. You may delete projects at any time, and you can request deletion of your account by contacting us. We may retain limited records as required to comply with legal, accounting or security obligations.
5. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including authenticated, account-scoped access so that your projects are private to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Cookies
We use a single signed session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us through our Contact page.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
