Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations and refunds work for Drafthouse paid plans (Pro and Unlimited). It applies in addition to our Terms of Service.
1. Free plan
The Free plan requires no payment and no credit card. You can try the full extraction and editing workflow within the Free plan's limits at no cost.
2. Subscriptions
Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe, either monthly or annually depending on the billing period you choose. Each subscription renews automatically at the end of the current period until you cancel.
3. How to cancel
- You can cancel at any time from the billing portal, reachable from the account bar or pricing page inside the app once you are signed in.
- When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then your account moves to the Free plan.
- There are no contracts and no cancellation fees.
4. Refunds
Because plans are billed in advance and you keep access through the end of each paid period, we generally do not provide refunds for partial or unused subscription time. If you were charged in error, were charged after cancelling, or experienced a billing problem, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request and issue a refund where appropriate.
5. What happens to your projects
Cancelling or downgrading never deletes your existing projects. If you are over your new plan's limit, you simply cannot create new projects beyond that limit until you remove some or upgrade again.
6. Price changes
If we change subscription prices, the new price applies to your next renewal, and we will make current pricing available on the pricing page before it takes effect.
